The story
Avery Joyce of Chaos Arts Collective is a mixed media artist studying graphic design at the University of Maine at Farmington. She has a particular interest in printmaking. Originally from Standish, Maine, she has been living in Farmington for the past six years. She is one of the founding members of Garnet Villages, a cooperative coliving community for creatives. When she’s not carving a new block, she can often be found playing with her many cats or teaching herself a new skill.
