Your work, your gallery
FCCW pairs you with a downtown business and helps shape a dedicated gallery area for your art. If you have a preferred business or artist partner, let us know, that is fine.

Committed artist guide
Your practical checklist for preparing your art, working with your host business, and helping Farmington gather around creativity, local business, and shelter animals.
The event at a glance
ArtWalk Downtown Farmington is designed to feel welcoming and fun, not formal. Each stop brings a new artist, business, story, and reason to spend time downtown, while every auction dollar helps local shelter animals.

The evening runs 5:00 PM–7:00 PM. Event organization details will be announced.
Guests enjoy art, stories, wine, cheese, charcuterie, and gift-basket auctions supporting the Franklin County Animal Shelter.
Artist checklist
Work with FCCW and your paired business to understand the walls, easels, display cases, built-in shelves, counters, or other suitable surfaces available in the space. FCCW can help with display planning when needed.
Bring finished, ready-to-hang or ready-to-display pieces, with any labels, pricing, artist cards, QR codes, stands, or hanging materials you need.
Arrive early enough to be fully ready by 4:30 PM, and communicate any installation needs with FCCW and your host business before event day.
Plan a warm 3–5 minute introduction covering who you are, why you make the work, and what guests should notice or ask about.
Bring your own payment method, price list, receipts, packaging, and pickup plan if your work is available for purchase. Art sales are separate from the shelter auction.
Keep pathways clear, and help guests move smoothly between looking, listening, asking questions, and getting tickets marked.
Tell FCCW about seating, setup help, mobility needs, lighting concerns, sound needs, or anything else that would help you present comfortably.
Send your bio, links, profile photo, artwork images, and event notes so FCCW can build or update your lasting artist profile on the ArtWalk site.
Suggest a demonstration, small giveaway, special display, collaborative element, or other touch that feels true to your work. FCCW wants to help make it work.
Your permanent artist page
FCCW will use these details to build or update your lasting artist profile on the ArtWalk site. Artwork and event photos can become a dated gallery naming the event and host business.
